chore: bump fizeau to v0.14.45

Family-aware execute gate for claude-tui: modelSupportedForHarness now
accepts claude-family models (claude-*/sonnet*/opus*/haiku*) for the
claude-tui harness independent of live /model discovery, so catalog-tier
routes (e.g. sonnet-4.6) execute via the flat-rate claude-tui PTY path
instead of being rejected before dispatch.

Validated end-to-end: ddx run --harness claude-tui --min-power 8 creates
a file unattended via the TUI subscription path.
