beads: close 6 epics whose children all reached terminal state

All 6 of helix's open epic beads had 100% of their children closed or
cancelled but were never marked closed themselves:

- helix-88f790e4  Epic: HELIX workflow coverage across 5 runtimes (25/25)
- helix-fef22846  Audit deleted HELIX artifact types (25/25)
- helix-45815a4d  Epic: harden Claude Code install surface (10 closed + 1 cancelled)
- helix-db7d13a9  Worked example: HELIX driving CRM design (4 closed + 1 cancelled)
- helix-e1a72cfc  Epic: Audit and iterate the full HELIX microsite (19/19)
- helix-e3c7d0e4  Epic: per-runtime integration tests (5/5)

This is a manual fix for tracker hygiene. A DDx feature request to make
this automatic was filed as ddx-c726d474.
