Completes the full 8-skill scope from DOJ-3189.

Scope: 4 new skills (8 total)

• cofounder-matching — 6-axis rubric with weighted scoring by stage
• investor-matching — 5-axis scoring with priority-configurable weighting
• demo-day-prep — 4-artifact prep (application, deck, script, Q&A bank)
• stage-tracker — 6-stage progression with Dojo-Score-compat 5-axis scoring

v0.4 roadmap (deferred, still pending):

• dojoos-api-consumer agent — live data enrichment, blocked on DojoOS API
• /launchpad-toolkit:propose-spike command — wrapper over feature-to-spike skill

Note: Skills ship as standalone methodology. Only the agent (v0.4) requires live DojoOS API — the skills themselves are rubric/scoring/workflow frameworks that work without external data.
