How to add a cron job to my postgresql database (v18)

I'm trying to run a cron job directly within my postgresql docker image.

1. I'm adding the service
2. I go to the docker terminal
3. Trying to run

$ psql -U postgres -d [my-db-name]
$ RUN apt-get update \
    && apt-get install -y postgresql-18-cron \
    && rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*;

Which, I oped would have let me doing the following

CREATE EXTENSION IF NOT EXISTS pg_cron;

I've also tried adding the following, as arguments inside the Advanced Settings

But this is not working.
I'm sure it's obvious but I'm not understanding how to properly deal with it

@avilsoft I couldn't find it, and hade to revert implementing the cron job inside my API :/
