Initial game concept for NIKO — a 3D supernatural action-adventure where a grieving man uses telekinesis, phasing, and mind control to hunt the criminal cartel that killed his wife and stole a supernatural artifact that was their target all along.

Includes: elevator pitch, story, power arc, MDA analysis, pillars, visual identity anchor, scope tiers, MVP definition, and full pre-production next steps.
