Add automatic leaderboard and achievement system

Add a way for games to connect to the site for the purpose of submitting scores and achievement completion

Should have an oauth method (likely an oauth popup in game that opens ) the site to then give a token back) and a way to submit scores using that token

Currently theres 4 categories of things

• scores
• achievements
• ghosts (replay data for things like platformers)
• data (save data)

Only first two are minimum but other two can be added as well
