Add "Move tab to this group" to popup group context menu

Before moving a tab, I am often browsing/searching groups through the popup menu to remember what they contain.
It would be nice to be able right click on/in the group and access a "Move tab to this group" menu item.
(Sidenote: the same issue arises when bookmarking, and extensions such as Bookmark Tab Here perform a similar function)

Describe the solution you'd like

1. While in a tab/after selecting a number of tabs, open the STG popup menu.
2. Navigate to a group or group content and right click to access context menu.
3. Select "Move tab to this group" for the current/selected tabs to be moved to the target group.
4. Allow the context menu to remain open (e.g. by default or through ctrl-/middle click) so that new current tab can also be moved.
