Replace custom postinstall scripts with patch-package

Replaced fix-svg scripts for manipulating node_modules with patch-package. This ensures cleaner handling of necessary patches through version control, enabling more reliable updates and maintenance. Updated package.json and package-lock.json to include the patch-package dependency and relevant patches.
