Update dependencies and refine SVG validation logic#699

Removed and replaced `astro+5.7.2.patch` with `astro+5.7.9.patch` to improve `svg.js` validation by removing the file size limit. Updated `package.json` to include Volta-managed Node version and bumped multiple packages in `package-lock.json` for latest versions.
