deeptools image requires root user

I think this limitation is due to the base image: continuumio/miniconda
How to reproduce:

$ docker run --user nobody dukegcb/deeptools:2.2.4 multiBamSummary -h
...
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/opt/conda/lib/python2.7/site-packages/
    deepTools-2.2.4-py2.7.egg-info/PKG-INFO'

Yeah the qiime2 image had that same problem for the same reason. I think if the conda install runs as a non root user it worked
