This is the standard installation method for the WonderfulSubs addon.

Requirements:

Kodi 17.X or higher
An active internet connection

Instructions:

From the main GitHub page:

Download repository's zip from here
Open up Kodi and click on add ons
Scroll up to the icon of the package and click on it
Scroll to “install from zip file”
Choose the downloaded zip file
Select 'Install from repository'
Select '9Anime Kodi Repository'
Select 'Video add-ons'
Select 'WonderfulSubs'
