[DYN-8864] Bump homepage version

Purpose

• Bump homepage version to match DYN-8864 changes
• Goes with Bump version to 1.0.24 DynamoHome#47

I have re-trigerred the failing github job
but is failed the self serve as well. Probably the package is not synced with internal registry yet.
