DYN-8999 : replace dna endpoint

Purpose

Replace dna endpoint.
When we get close to release date we'll upgrade to prod endpoint.

Do we need to have this responsive to Feature Flag? This way both endpoints are in 3.6? If I am wrong, that is okay, just wanted to ask the question. 🙂

It's always good to ask 👍 So the overall feature is dependent on the feature flag but the endpoint stays the same.
We will not be using the old endpoint for cluster anymore.
