Issue Description

Please fill in the following information to help us reproduce the issue:
This is hard to do, but I've gone through a few issues with plug-ins blocking the Dynamo application from Revit.

Dynamo version

Dynamo: 2.19.3.6394

Operating system

OS: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26100.0

What did you do?

We disabled a few plug ins to try and prevent the blockage but it's still being blocked

What did you expect to see?

Dynamo able to connect to Revit and run scripts successfully.

What did you see instead?

Errors where Dynamo does not link up with Revit
