Concrete use case for this: when building a completely new compat layer, I'd like to just bind mount a host directory to
/cvmfs/software.eessi.io, as that's a lot faster than (unnecessarily, since the dir is empty anyway) using an overlay on top of a fuse-mounted repo.This PR allows you to use
-r None.
