Currently, when a running CTF challenge approaches expiration, the VMs are stopped and deleted without adequate advance notification to users. This results in loss of user progress, forced restarts, additional waiting time, and the need to redo previously completed work. This causes frustration for users and disrupts the challenge experience.
Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a notification system that proactively alerts users before the challenge is stopped. The notification should provide sufficient warning to allow users to extend the challenge.
