I am very new to esmvaltool and am using it to look at the CMIP extension experiments to 2300 (starting with SSP585).
According to the ESGF search tool (https://aims2.llnl.gov/search), SSP585 is held to 2300 on some data nodes but not others (which only go to 2100), in particular for NorESM2-MM esgf-node.ornl.gov holds data to 2100 while esgf-data04.diasjp.net goes to 2300. My esmvaltool search fails to find data beyond 2100 so I assume that it isn't looking in esgf-data04.diasjp.net. How do get esmvaltool to look in this specific data node?
