Update package-lock with dependency bumps

Refresh package-lock.json to pick up minor/patch updates for several dependencies: @babel/* (to 7.29.7), @vue/* and vue (to 3.5.35), @iconify-json/simple-icons (to 1.2.84), postcss (to 8.5.15), and nanoid (^3.3.12), among others. Changes update resolved/integrity entries and align inter-package versions (e.g. @VUE compiler/runtime/shared). This is an auto-generated lockfile update (no source code changes).
