Claiming namespace CTeX-org

I would like to claim ownership of the CTeX-org namespace on Open VSX.

• Extension already published under it: CTeX-org.expl3-vscode

Relationship to the namespace:

CTeX-org corresponds to the CTeX-org GitHub organization,
of which I (GitHub: @Liam0205) am an administrator. The
extension source lives at https://github.com/CTeX-org/expl3-vscode and is published from
that organization's CI. I am the person who published the current version.

I have logged into open-vsx.org and signed the Eclipse Foundation Open VSX Publisher
Agreement. Please grant me ownership of this namespace so the "unverified publisher"
notice can be resolved.
