Description
This PR adds an extension that provides KDL language support to editors in the VSCode family.
Several issues have been raised on the original repository to publish it to Open VSX but the code owners have not yet responded (see kdl-org/vscode-kdl#23 and kdl-org/vscode-kdl#11, for example).
