Added notion of lazy computeds which is great as well as
refoptions for some objects which passReadOnlyMemoryaround to reduce passing by value overhead when its just passed through instead of evaluated directly, also improved some closure capturing withinBatchedSystemsand added theMultiplexingSystemtype.
