Companion issue

Have just downloaded latest Companion (2.12). In the radio drop down list the Radiomaster Tx16 Mk3 does not appear.
One other matter, when I plug the radio in, unpowered, via usb cable i get the DFU Mode not found, how do i get around that.
I successfully loaded latest Edge TX (Queen A R) but only after loading Zadiq and that with much trial and error, when companion or Buddy would be easier.

As always read the manual, press the sys button. Thats sorted but still need to see the radio in the drop down menu of Companion.
