Cleanup after some commands

Some commands' answers takes too much spaces, for instance

!grup <query>
```
and
```js
/help
```
How does deleting the actual message and the answer after X seconds passed sound like as a solution? 

- User writes `/help`
- Bot answers with `<answer>`
- 60 seconds passes
- Bot deleted `/help` and the `<answer>`
