Order the group/channel names in !grup command, and search functionality

I've checked and they are neither in alphabetical order nor ordered by the member count, as far as I can they are in order of their creation date(?). How about ordering them alphabetically, so that people would find the channel they want quicker.

Also,

!grup js should return JavaScript channel, even if we can't implement some search functionality(which we can) we can at least give the channels some basic aliases like py python

This is an API issue. Unfortunately, current API does not support keyword-based search functionality like you said (see Eksicode/eksicode-api-net-core#6). We will add that soon later.
