Changelog-None: `check_ping_make_pong()` in `common/ping.{c, h}`
is responsible for checking incoming ping messages and writing
pong ones, if needed.
Since it consumes untrusted data in the form of ping messages,
add a test for it.
Add a minimal input set as a seed corpus for the newly introduced test. This leads to discovery of interesting code paths faster.

Closing this PR as it doesn't really contribute any new coverage or uncover any interesting paths and would be more clutter than anything. It could probably be redone as a regression test but not sure if worth the effort. |
