Remove "Replacing sed by $(SED) in Makefile ([ElementsProject#8786])" which isn't user-visiable. Add `Protocol: Splicing is enabled by default` which didn't get included because of the missing colon in: Changelog-Deprecated Splicing is now enabled by default! In 9b51d66!
