Why ? The main difficulty of a quest application compare to game, is the storage of the manipulated data and the use of them.
Meaning that if we can save in the quest and win in 30 seconds use the information on your computer. The quest become the most epic tool ever for lot's of field. I think that git would do the job. Because of the existing open service like GitHub and others. Compare to FTP that is always a server cost service.
