chore(deps): Update Sentry Android Gradle Plugin to 6.5.0 (#798)

It looks like the snapshots annotations weren't published correctly.
Looking in to a fix for that.

- Bumps `io.sentry.android.gradle` from 6.4.0 to 6.5.0
- Picks up Sentry Android SDK 8.40.0 and sentry-cli 3.4.0 via the
plugin's transitive bumps ([SAGP
