!profile no longer shows friends and groups, usually being blank,

Steps to reproduce

1. run !profile on someone else
2. goto groups or friends
3. see that it is blank

im using the "Game Theme" option, for context, im apart of a roleplay group, and we use this command regularly, and at the moment, often times this command fails to fetch friends and groups of other people (couldn't replicate it with myself, could always see my own info, but would often break when looking at others,
