As a user i need to plan my day or week, at mornings when i wake up i want to receive a notification about what will happen today, i need to dress up warm or light if it's not gonna be hot or i will need an umbrella if it's rainy.

Acceptance criteria:
Configuration by the time, there is no pre-configuration, you have to choose your everyday clothing packages according to the weather data of that day, then in next days if the weather conditions changed too much like more than 2 degree then the application must ask again and again and everyday iterate through the taken list of choices and suggest them to user with a notification.
