Load multiple selected runs

Problem:
Users currently cannot load multiple runs at the same time.

Solution:
Add a LOAD SELECTED RUNS button on the RUNS page that redirects the user to the REPORTS page and loads all selected runs.

Acceptance criteria:

• Button appears on the RUNS page when 2 or more runs are selected
• Selecting 2 or more runs and clicking the button navigates to REPORTS
• All selected runs load and display on REPORTS
• When 0/1 runs are selected button is disabled
