Bug description
If you have the safe fly permissions it counts logging in while swimming in water same as air and sets flying to on.
Steps to reproduce
Have essentials.fly.safelogin set to on, log out and in while swimming.
Expected behaviour
Swimming does not count as flying and fly doesn't toggle on when you enter water.
Actual behaviour
If you have the safe fly permissions it counts logging in while swimming in water same as air and sets flying to on.
