Only show part of the SVG in image.

Hello,

I exported many svg files from the [(https://github.com/steinbergmedia/bravura/blob/master/redist/svg/Bravura.svg)], Many svg files shows only part of the image. I think there should be something wrong in this SVG lib? Tested by the three render by Image32, Direct2D and Skia.

Here I compared the result, And the XnView classic for window 2.51.2 (Jan 23 2023) shows correct. And the Edge browser from Microsoft, and this lib SVGViewer and SVG explorer both shows not correct.
Edge and this lib shows same. Both only shows part of the SVG image.

I think maybe could fix this problem in this lib?

Use inkscape to load a svg file, also shows incrrect but with full image, the svg height sames is parsed not match the svg path's height?

The matter seems that the svg file sets the height and width = 1000px, but the path heigh is over 1000px, so the path could not show full. Then how to show the path fully when it is extend over than the image width and height?

Should this be fix as the XnView does?

Since the SVG files are derived from a font file, and there are quite a few of them,
Without modifying the SVG file's contents and attempting to fix this issue within the library or within our app, is there a way to get the height and width of each path? Alternatively, could we try adjusting the viewbox in app?

I have complete this on the render TImage32, since TImage32SVG is not public class, I added two function to the ISVG interface, and implement the function in TImage32SVG.

function GetPathBounds: TRect;
procedure DrawFullPathsInCenter;

It seems work well for the TImage32SVG on some SVG files, but still not work on all the svg files, and do not check the other two render much yet.

Here is the codes of the functions.

The functions do not change the svg source text. You can change the svg text too, I also write a simple function to replace the svg text value by the new viewBox value string.

If you think it is useful, it should need more discussion for the feature to make sure it works on all svg files.
