Unable to download from PC

So as the title says, the bot is running fine but when I press download via PC browser it didn't do anything. It just opened a new tab and then gone. But when I download it from my phone the link is fine and no problem at all.

Ok lol so I tried to download it from Telegram desktop app and it's working fine, idk why it doesn't work on browser.
