The E-Collection Quick Update app provides an easy way to update the supported fields in a set of e-collections.
To select the records you wish to update, navigate to a list of e-collections in Alma. You can use the "Check/Uncheck All" box to select all of the records on the displayed page. As you page through the results in Alma, the app remembers the records you selected. Once you've selected all of the desired records, click the "Update E-Collections" button.
For each field you'd like to update, select the action (i.e. clear, replace). Then select or enter the desired value. To update all of the records, click the "Update E-Collections" button. The following screen will show the number of records successfully update and the number of errors along with the details of failed updates.
