COM problem in WPS Sheets

Hello, I have a problem with my add-in in wps sheets

ComAddIn [Error] The Ribbon/COM auxiliary add-on required for the AdvancedXL add-on could not be registered.
This may be due to the fact that the auxiliary add-in is disabled in Excel.
To fix the error, open the disabled items on the Settings->Add-ons page and enable the target add-on again, then restart Excel.

How can I prevent my add-in from activating in the wps office ?

Can you please provide more details on how your add-in gets loaded in WPS Sheets and activated?
