[Integration Test] Use Cloud Sleuth to test standard transports

I don't have metrics to base this on, but anecdotal evidence tells me that a big percentage of folks using Zipkin will be using Cloud Sleuth. Therefore it would make sense to have a test to cover the standard transports available in Sleuth.
