[Due for payment 2025-08-22] [$1000] Update patches after the react native update

After the react native update #60421 we still need to look into follow ups with the patches listed in the issue that we might not need anymore

Lets clean it up as part of this issue, patch at a time to make the testing easier and limit risks of regressions.
