App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create an expense in WS chat
3. Split the expense
4. Open the detail page of one of the expense
5. Click amount to edit

Expected Result:

New RHP should be shown without changing the background briefly

Actual Result:

Background page show detail page briefly when opening amount after splitting the expense
