Action Performed:

1. Open the Android app
2. Navigate to any place (IOU, Group, or Workspace)
3. Tap on the + button, select Create expense (or split expense)
4. Enter any amount -> tap on the description
5. Enter only the letter A
6. Tap the back button
7. Create the expense
8. Tap on the expense to open the details

Expected Result:

The description displays the letter A in detail

Actual Result:

The description displays with the letter A in preview, but doesn't display in detail

The description displays with the letter A in preview, but doesn't display in detail

What is the root cause of that problem?

Since our smallest fontSizeNormal can be 15, on Android, when rendering the letter A there is not enough display area for it to render properly.

When detecting that the text contains only a single letter, we could add a space to increase the display area:
