Action Performed:
Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.
Prerequisite 2: Account has no reports yet.
Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
Navigate to "Spend" > "Reports"
Switch to "Expenses" section.
Tap on FAB > "Create Report"
Once you land on new created report, tap on the arrow on the top left corner to close RHP.
Note that you land on "Reports", but empty state screen is still displayed.
Navigate to "Expenses" again and return to "Reports"
Note that now, just created report appears.
Expected Result:
New created report should be automatically visible on "Reports" section on "Spend".
Actual Result:
New report created via FAB is not automatically visible on "Reports" section on "Spend"
