1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open FAB > Start chat > Room.
3. Create a room.
4. Send a message in room.

Expected Result:

Room will not turn to skeleton loader after sending message in room.

Actual Result:

Room turns to skeleton loader after sending message in room.
