Action Performed:

1. Open Expensify App on iOS
2. Login with any account
3. Go to workspace chat
4. Create report and add expense
5. Go to report and open expense
6. Tap to "More" > "Delete"
7. Add the second expense to report
8. Go to report page
9. Tap to "More" > "Delete"

Expected Result:

User can delete expense or report using "More" > "Delete" button

Actual Result:

User cannot delete an expense or report using "More > Delete" button. Nothing happens.
