Explanation of Change

This PR fixes the sequencing in closeReactNativeApp
Now we merge closingReactNativeApp first, await it, then run clearPreloadedRoutes() - wrapped in requestAnimationFrame and close react native app. Also added additional guard for updateStatusBarStyle where a navigation listener may still fire before re-render.
