Standard mode adds a feature checkbox (nesting / tun) and provisions the LXC without installing anything — useful as a quick LXC factory. Hermes path creates the container and exits (Phase 3 will add the full install).

Real SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, USER.md, pre-filled .env files, and provider API keys never get committed. The repo ships placeholder templates only. Personal content is gitignored at the consumer container level (~/.openclaw/, ~/.hermes/).
