Support workspace path repo handles

Summary

• Support workspace path [<repo-or-worktree>] while preserving root-path behavior when no handle is supplied.
• Route handle resolution through the existing generic workspace show path, then return the path-focused workspace-path ability shape.
• Document the handle form and add smoke coverage for root, primary, and worktree path CLI usage.
