docs(spec): English version of Stage-6 coverage-boost review (FU-U-7 follow-up)
Adds 99-stage6-coverage-boost-review.md to docs/unit_test_spec/ root, matching the existing English-at-root / Chinese-in-zh_cn/ layout established by FU-U-7 (commit 2edc4ba). The zh_cn source was already authored in English (tables, ID names, file paths, command snippets) so no translation work was needed -- only relocation. The English spec collection now stays in lockstep with the Chinese tree: 00-overview-and-glossary.md 01-requirements-spec.md 02-current-architecture-and-targets.md 04-cmocka-framework-and-impl.md 06-test-cases-and-acceptance.md 99-review-report.md 99-stage6-coverage-boost-review.md (NEW)
