Summary
When SSLO is installed on BIG-IP, CFE logs may not appear in restnoded.log
Details
Several things log to /var/log/restnoded/restnoded.log, including AS3, CFE, and SSLO.
I have observed this in 2x separate environments. The customer's (in AWS), and a lab I built in AWS to replicate. In both cases, CFE is working correctly but only 1 device shows any log activity at all. The other device, when becoming Active, never shows anything written to the log file. In both cases, SSLO is installed and working on the HA pair.
I have helped installed CFE and done troubleshooting with many customers (perhaps 100+ times) but I have never seen CFE fail to log to the log file before now.
