支持打包 typescript 组件

参考 https://github.com/FEMessage/v-gantt ，使用 vue-cli 生成模板，原生支持 typescript & 库模式。缺点是使用 webpack 打包不支持产出 esm 模块

摸索 rollup + typescript + vue 方案。v-gantt 同样有一份 rollup 打包配置可参考。但也有需要解决的问题 FEMessage/v-gantt#13
