  • Adopt consistent TODO tracking format across repos (owner, priority, target date, status).
  • Keep dependency and security checks current and reviewed weekly.
  • Add/update README quick-start in each active repo.
  • Add CI sanity checks for lint/test/build where applicable.
  • Review stale branches monthly; keep only active branches.

Cross-Repo Linkage

  • Master backlog lives in TomWiz.io/todos-all.md.
  • TomWiz.io local backlog lives in TomWiz.io/todos.md.
  • Sectional backlog lives in TomWiz.io/todos/.

Repo-Specific Backlog

  • Define top 3 priorities for next sprint.
